Booking Confirmation
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Guest Numbers & Visitors
All overnight guests must be declared and approved prior to arrival.
Additional daytime visitors are only permitted where approved in advance as part of the booking arrangement.
Visitor numbers, planned gatherings, and any special requirements should be discussed during the booking process to ensure Lancewood Lodge remains the right fit for your group.
Parking & Vehicle Access
Parking for buses, trucks, motorhomes, commercial vehicles, or other Class 2 vehicles and larger must be arranged prior to arrival.
Parking availability may be limited depending on the nature of the booking and the number of guests attending.
Property Care
Guests are responsible for treating Lancewood Lodge, its furnishings, gardens, and facilities with reasonable care and respect.
The booking holder accepts responsibility for the actions of all members of their group and any approved visitors.
Costs associated with damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breaches of these terms may be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 2:00pm.
Check-in after 10:00pm may be available by prior arrangement.
Check-out times will be confirmed as part of your booking.
Late departures that have not been agreed in advance may incur additional charges.
Noise & Consideration For Neighbours
Lancewood Lodge is located within a residential environment.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and ensure noise levels remain appropriate for the surrounding neighbourhood, particularly during evening and overnight hours.
Positioning Of The Property
Lancewood Lodge is a hosted accommodation property and is not offered as unrestricted venue hire.
Private lodge stays, family gatherings, and approved daytime visitors may be accommodated by prior arrangement; however, all bookings remain subject to suitability, property limitations, and compliance with local requirements.
Booking Holder Requirements
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and must remain part of the booking for the duration of the stay.
The booking holder accepts responsibility for the actions of all guests included in the booking and any approved visitors.
Children & Supervision
Children are welcome at Lancewood Lodge; however, parents and caregivers remain responsible for their supervision, safety, and behaviour at all times.
The property includes gardens, outdoor areas, driveways, and features typical of a historic accommodation property. Children must be appropriately supervised by a parent, caregiver, or responsible adult at all times.
Lancewood Lodge accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage arising from inadequate supervision of children.
Unapproved Gatherings & Events
Only guests and visitors approved as part of the booking may attend the property.
Unapproved parties, events, gatherings, or additional guests may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
Lancewood Lodge reserves the right to refuse entry to additional visitors or require unauthorised persons to leave the property at any time.
