If you are asking about a booking, please include as much of the following as you can:
- Your preferred dates
- Number of overnight guests
- Whether you are interested in a room stay or exclusive lodge use
- Whether any daytime visitors may be attending
- The reason for your stay or gathering
- Any special requirements
If your enquiry involves daytime visitors, please mention this before invitations are extended. Lancewood Lodge is primarily an accommodation property, and visitor numbers or gathering plans need to be approved in advance.
